Payment Guidelines

Twenty-five days prior to the scheduled ride, clients are required to pay in full. Credit card information may be gathered beforehand by Falcon Limo Services. A valid ID and card photos might be required. This data will be used to pay for any overtime or associated costs. Personal checks are not accepted within 25 days of your ride.

Payment Guidelines

Vehicles are only reserved once an initial deposit has been received. All payments and deposits are non-refundable. Payment in full is required for wedding services 30 days prior to the ride. The remaining amount is due 25 days prior to the service date for other events. Paying in advance guarantees the security of your reservation.

Guidelines for Cancellations or Modifications

Requests for changes or cancellations can only be made via email. Phone cancellations are not accepted. We must be emailed at info@falconlimoservices.com. There is a guideline for the cancellation of reservation, you have to aware us about the cancellation at least two weeks before. You only have two days after booking to make changes if there is less time.

Customer satisfaction and reimbursements

We have a condition for refund if you return the car at the beginning but it will be less the deposit. To voice your concern, you must also give us a call immediately. However, it is mandatory for you to agree to the service when you use the entire reservation. Other services like Uber or Lyft are available if the car doesn’t live up to your expectations. Only legitimate problems, such as mechanical failure, are eligible for refunds.

Terms of Damage and Liability

It is customary that any damage to the vehicle is the reservation maker’s responsibility. If someone behaves violently or disruptively, Falcon Limo Services has the right to terminate the trip without providing a refund. Sanitation fees for illness-related cleanup are $250. All service and damage fees must be paid by clients within 14 days. To recoup unpaid charges, we might take legal action.

Policy on Alcohol and Smoking

We strictly prohibit smoking in any of our cars. Each infraction carries a $100 fee. Drivers are permitted to stop for smoking breaks if necessary. Under no circumstances are illegal drugs permitted. Alcohol use by minors is prohibited during our rides.

Extra General Guidelines

During the service, customers are required to pay all parking fees. Our liability is restricted to a complete refund if we are unable to deliver the service. If a breakdown or scheduling conflicts arise, we might have to use a different car. Weather or traffic delays are not Falcon Limo Services’ responsibility. Please make additional time in your schedule.

In inclement weather, we do not jeopardize the safety of our passengers. Drivers determine whether cars can fit into narrow roads or driveways. Where we can pick up or drop off is limited in some places, such as New York or Atlantic City. Big cars have to abide by local traffic regulations and stay off of specific roads and tunnels.

Schedule and Overtime

If the ride goes longer than the scheduled time, we bill overtime in 30-minute increments. Additional time is not assured. It is mandatory that at least ten days prior to your ride, please send your final itinerary. Make use of the form we offer. We are unable to reimburse for lost time if our driver needs to locate additional addresses.

Use of Vehicles and Their Limitations

Glass bottles, popcorn, and kegs are not permitted inside the cabin. At loud volumes, the stereo automatically turns off. Although we maintain our cars, a refund of no more than $50 will be given if the entertainment system malfunctions. Before getting out of the car, check for personal belongings.
